By using Vespy, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Use of Service

You may use Vespy only as permitted by law and these terms. You are responsible for your account and the data you enter into the platform.

Communications & Notifications

Vespy offers email and text message (SMS/MMS) notifications to help you stay informed about your account activity. By enabling notifications in your Notification Settings, you consent to receive communications through the channels and categories you select.

  • Email notifications. You may enable or disable email notifications for specific categories (e.g., Maintenance, Compliance, Messaging, Statements, Payments, Leasing) at any time through your Notification Settings. You may also opt out using the unsubscribe link in any notification email.
  • SMS/MMS notifications. To receive text messages, you must provide your mobile phone number, check the SMS consent checkbox, select Agree & save number, and explicitly opt in by enabling SMS for one or more categories in your Notification Settings. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, updating your Notification Settings, or contacting us. Reply HELP for help.   • Transactional messages. Regardless of your notification preferences, we may send you essential transactional messages related to your account (e.g., password resets, security alerts, payment confirmations). These messages are necessary for the operation of the service and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

Enabling email or SMS notifications is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Vespy.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered text messages. Mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Electronic Communications Consent

By creating a Vespy account, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including emails, in-app messages, and (if you opt in) text messages. You agree that these electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Intellectual Property

Vespy and its content are owned by Vespy, Inc. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vespy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to damages related to delayed or undelivered notifications.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where appropriate, we may also notify you via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of Vespy after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
