Pricing questions
What happens when the free trial ends?
Your data stays exactly where it is. The workspace moves to read-only until you subscribe, so you can still open leases, abstracts, and past reconciliations. You just cannot create or change records. Nothing is deleted and nothing is exported out from under you.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Signup creates the workspace and starts the trial with full access. You add billing details only when you decide to continue.
How is Vespy priced?
By portfolio square footage, with every feature on every plan. Paid pricing is quoted for now, so book a walkthrough for a number. Per-unit pricing does not fit commercial: one lease can span four suites across two floors, which makes a unit count a poor measure of the work involved.
Are the calculators really free?
Yes, and there is no email gate on any of them. The CAM reconciliation, breakpoint, load factor, escalation, and occupancy cost calculators all run in your browser without an account. You only need one if you want to save the work.
