Choose Yardi Breeze if
You expect to grow into an institutional portfolio and want a migration path that stays inside one vendor. That path is real and valuable, and Vespy does not have an equivalent.
You need module breadth beyond lease administration and recovery, or you value a large services organization and a hiring pool of people who already know the system. Those are legitimate reasons to choose an incumbent, and no amount of product polish substitutes for them.
