Questions

Does Buildium support commercial leases?

Yes. Buildium lists CAM charges, tracking, and reconciliation, scheduled rent increases, and triple net charge tracking for commercial properties. Its public pages do not document gross-up to a target occupancy, base-year deductions, cap testing, or percentage rent breakpoints, so test those with one of your own leases.

Can I keep Buildium and add commercial software?

Yes, and for firms with substantial association management that is often the sensible answer. The cost is maintaining two systems and reconciling between them; the benefit is that neither side is compromised.

Does Vespy do HOA management?

No. There is no association management, assessment billing, or violation tracking, and we have no plans to compete there. If that is core to your business, keep a product built for it.
